We are committed to providing you with the highest quality coffee products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
General Policy
Final Sale: All purchases are final as soon as the payment is completed.
Non-Refundable Products: For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, coffee products and consumables are not refundable after delivery, unless they arrive damaged or do not match the order.
Reporting Issues
48-Hour Window: Any problem must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please contact us immediately if you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items.
Required Documentation: When reporting an issue, please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product, along with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible Items: Returns or exchanges for sealed and unused products in their original packaging are accepted only, provided that the request is submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Product Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and seals intact.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Payment Method: Refunds are made exclusively to the same payment method used when purchasing.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

We reserve the right to reject returns or refunds that do not meet our policy requirements. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned outside the specified timeframe will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
