Description
the tannins are firm and there is a balanced acidity
Perfect balance between grape tannins and wood tannins that make it tasty
The sediments present on the bottom of the bottle are absolutely natural and synonymous with the genuineness of our traditional winemaking method
it is the third trial made by Elemart Robion to produce a pure organic biological champagne in a land where the climate is sometimes requiring a lot of interventions in vineyard to preserve the stability of the production
The resulting wine is a split screen of bright acidity and some darker tones from the older base wine
McKahn Morning Glass Grenache Poderi Cellario the tannins are firm andA dynamically fruit forward wine, the bouquet opens with bing cherry, red currant, elderberry, and raspberry compote. Bramble, all spice, and what can only be described as a warm, sunny California summer day (yes that has a smell, and its unmistakable) complement this wine nicely. The palate is rich and soft with supple tannins and a lingeringly long finish. The Grenache grapes used to craft this wine were grown by Luis Zabala in the Arroyo Seco
