The St. Laurent Ancestral is a sparkling wine that Claus Preisinger produced for the first time with the 2015 vintage. The method (ANCESTRAL) "Ptillant Naturel" also called Pet Nat is a classic way of making sparkling wine, which nowadays is almost only used in the south of France.
