The grapes for the Pinot Noir come from the best plots, and the wine is aged in barriques for at least 24 months. Only the very best few barriques are selected for the Diversitas. The nose, though still young, is already multi layered, with notes of currants, raspberries, blackberries, juniper, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is salty,
