Veuve Ambal Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc NV snake-herring The 100 hectares of our

The 100 hectares of our vineyard are settled on the hillsides

This results in wines with great power and complexity

The careful winemaking in our modern winery results in a deeply colored wine with refreshing acidity

Chardonnay is always whole bunch pressed either directly to barrel or pressed to tank before immediate transfer to barrel with full solids

The palate is medium-bodied with layers of succulent black fruit that is neatly entwined with the subtle French oak
