In 2021, the late season was cool which allowed us to harvest in October in perfect conditions. "Fruity, sunny", despite the climatic hazards, the 2022 vintage produces wines with very good performance. Consequently, these two vintages allowed us to achieve the level of concentration usually sought in the Gewurztraminer du Fronholz, traditionally harvested in late harvest at the estate,
