A Luftwaffe Tank Assault Badge 50; 1957 Version Auction He joined the 21st BnA Luftwaffe Tank Assault Badge 50; 1957 Version In tombac, silvered wreath, patinated tank, in near mint condition. These (denazified) awards were issued by the Federal Republic of Germany in 1957 for Veterans wear (as WWII awards were not allowed for wear) and awarded only to the German Veterans entitled to such awards during the War; production of these awards ceased in 1986.
