We love to use the Bianco in a “Man­hat­tan" or any other "cocktail" that uses vermouth

The intention was to capture that wonderfully rich palate of bacon

Le Piane Boca 2018 Yamhill Carlton Werther's originalAbout a half hour southwest of Lake Maggiores southern tip, Le Pianes vineyards are just outside the town of Boca, surrounded by dense woods among rolling hills, the fingertips of the Alps that dominate the northern skyline. The road up to Le Pianes vineyard is a winding dirt track, and one would be forgiven for missing the ancient, windowless gray building that is the winery. This is Piedmonts wildest, most remote quarter, but in some ways its the
