This Pauline Trigere creation has long sleeves which billow out and taper down to a fitted wrist. There is a 5" zipper closure at the end of both sleeves. The waist is accentuated with a fabric belt that is reversible and closes by two hooks and a snap. A single fabric flower is accents the front neckline on this imported fabric piece. The
