Quartz is white. Dimensions 135 mm x 80 mm x 9. 5 mm thick. Weighs 219 grams This stone occurs in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. It occurs as a single vein, no thicker than 250mm that cross cuts the Weeli Wolli formation, a banded iron formation, (commonly jaspilitic) which is also intruded by metadoleritic sills. The quartz
