Domaine Hubert & Laurent Lignier Gevrey-Chambertin 2018 is a French Pinot Noir style red wine from the Burgundy region in France

there's heaps of time to explore the chalk and every delicate switch and fold of texture and flavour

and into barrel for fermantation

dark cherry and dried herbs on the nose with raspberry liquorice

it will most certainly age gracefully for up to ten years

Twill & Daisy Rose 2021 hatzidakis Domaine Hubert & Laurent LignierWhat a knockout wine, this Shiraz ros really over delivers! The nose is explosive rose petals, wild strawberries and poached rhubarb, mixed with strawberries and cream. The palate is fresh and fruity, with orange zest, ginger and red cherry. Fruity yet refreshing, this is very easy to drink.
