Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised and rightward facing bust of King Karl of Wrttemberg, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse bearing a central wreathed inscription of ZUM 25 JHRIGEN REGIERUNGS JUBILUM 25. JUNI 1864 1889 (FOR THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF
